Beachfront Residence, the Elevation Drawings: Post 4

I've had several people ask if I would be posting design drawings for the Beachfront Residence currently under construction. I had not planned to do so originally, but if it helps readers to better understand the construction photos/notes I'm posting to this Blog... well, why not?

Now, what've I decided to do is post sheets from the final set of Construction Documents I completed for the project months back. I should note... if you're in the business of designing buildings you're familiar with the idea of a design evolving/changing, however so slightly, even after permitting final dwgs. So, while what you see below are the "final drawings", there will likely be changes to some of the trim details and/or other minor elements as construction is finalized.

THE DRAWINGS
A3.0: Front & Rear Facades
- The "Front Facade" fronts the street
- The "Rear Facade" fronts the Gulf
A3.1: Right Side Elevation
A3.2: Left Side Elevation
