This past Friday I had the chance to photograph a custom home I designed for the Marinos. I really can’t say enough about the Marinos and the progression of this build. Not only are they the client, they are the project G.C. After years of experience as a Home Builder in the greater Houston area, they decided to tackle this project as well. Having never built a home in a TND, where every aspect of a home must meet the requirements established in a comprehensive Pattern Book, tackling this project is a decision not to be taken lightly. However, from the beginning, the Marinos were confident and assured me the home would meet or exceed everyone’s expectations… and they even suggested a completion date well ahead of everyone’s estimates.
Here we are about 7 months later, and the home is very close to completion. They’ve met everyone’s expectations for quality and craftsmanship…. and yes, they are well ahead of everyone else’s estimated completion date. I just want to share this because it’s so great to be pleasantly surprised. I’m both impressed and appreciative of their work!
With this post, I’ve included photos from my last visit. I’m sharing photos of the exterior and the interior in this post. I’m especially excited about seeing the details come to life. Hope you like what you see… and please feel free to comment, question, etc. I’ll do my best to respond in a thorough and timely fashion. Thanks.
