I was able to get down to Galveston Island a few days before Christmas, and I took a few photos of the house while on site with Sam Jolin (HomeLife Builders).

Proposed Housing for Coastal Flood Zones

One of my Spec Housing Concepts, entitled "Proposed Housing for Coastal Flood Zones", is being modeled by Scott Residential Design... and they've recently posted progress images on Flickr for review.

My Spec Housing Concepts are inspired by the rebuilding efforts in NOLA the Mississippi Gulf coast, post-Katrina... as well as the post-Ike recovery occurring along the Texas Gulf coast, including Galveston Island, where most of my project work is focused.
